Model US-5500 performs weigh-count verification of up to 6 numbered components (up to 10,000 pcs per part number). System of LEDs (one for each partition) signals operators when to load each component into scale hopper, and completed kits feed automatically into poly bag that gets sealed. Solution is integrated to T-1000 Advanced Poly-Bagger(TM) and offers barcode reader for instant job recalls, saves, or queries. Job recipes can also be created or modified using MS Excel.

A New Solution for Kit Packaging
(Akron, OH) March 27, 2008 - Advanced Poly-Packaging, Inc. announced the addition of the US-5500 Net-Weigh/Counting Scale to its unparalleled product line.
The machine takes kit packaging to a new level by integrating partitions and lights to a traditional counting table for increased accuracy. Specially designed for kit packaging, the US-5500 uses cutting-edge technology for weigh-count verification of up to six numbered components (up to 10,000 pcs per part number) all packaged in one bag.

The US-5500 features a system of lights (one for each partition) to signal operators when to load each component into the scale hopper.
