Multiparameter Analyzers offer digital communications.

May 16, 2008 - Rosemount Analytical® Model 1056-HT and 1056-DP are 4-wire, dual-input analyzers that feature, respectively, complete HART® and Profibus® DP digital communications. HART-enabled analyzer allows remote calibration, continuous monitoring of 4 live process variables, and configuration from AMS® Suite or DeltaV(TM) host applications, legacy DCS, or SCADA systems. Diagnostics allows plants to estimate life of in-process sensors and perform required maintenance on timely basis.

Emerson Introduces 4-Wire Intelligent Analyzers with Advanced Digital Communications Capability

Rosemount Analytical(R) Model 1056 analyzers now available with HART and Profibus(R) DP

IRVINE, Calif., May 5, 2008 -- Emerson Process Management announces two new versions of its Rosemount Analytical(R) Model 1056 analyzer. The new Model 1056-HT and 1056-DP 4-wire, dual-input analyzers include complete HART(R) and Profibus(R) DP digital communications capability for full operations and maintenance advantages in plants using these digital protocols.

The HART-enabled analyzer allows remote calibration, continuous monitoring of four live process variables and configuration from Emerson's AMS(R) Suite or DeltaV(TM) host applications, legacy DCS, or SCADA systems. The full complement of diagnostics allows plants to estimate the life of in-process sensors and perform required maintenance on a timely basis.

The Model 1056 is a multiparameter instrument allowing single or dual inputs in any combination of pH/ORP/ISE, resistivity/conductivity, percent concentration, chlorine, oxygen, ozone, temperature, turbidity, pulse flow and 4-20mA current input. The instrument has a large display and intuitive menu screens with advanced diagnostics and help screens. The device is extremely easy to use. Ease of installation is facilitated by modular boards, removable connectors, and easy-to-wire power, replays, and analog outputs. Seven languages for user menus are included with every analyzer.
