Tidal Software Announces New Product for IT Operations Intelligence



Provides In-depth Analysis and Actionable Reports for Optimizing Job Scheduling Operations

PALO ALTO, California -- April 21, 2008 - Tidal Software, a leading provider of application scheduling and performance management software, today announced the availability of Tidal(TM) Intelligent Reporting for Enterprise Scheduler. This new product provides thorough, reliable insight into the functioning of the enterprise job scheduling environment. The reports and analysis provided by Tidal Intelligent Reporting enable IT operations and business personnel to make the fast, well informed decisions necessary to troubleshoot, trend, and analyze job scheduling operations and business utilization of the IT production environment.

Tidal Intelligent Reporting reduces the complexity and time required for analysis and reporting on enterprise job scheduling by aggregating all the scheduler's metrics into a data warehouse for operational intelligence.
