Built to order with customizable dimensions, BTU outputs, and accessories, FireBox-HT oven furnace is designed for tool room heat treating and high-temperature (up to 2,150°F) precision casting. It is insulated with 4 ½ in. of firebrick, backed up with additional 2 in. of 1,200°F block insulation. Applications include heating tool steel, carbon steel, cast iron, and other high-temperature metals.

The FireBox Oven Furnace Provides a Higher Temperature Design

The FireBox-HT oven furnace has a new upgrade in temperature applications.
Expanding on the FireBox-IS, Hones now offers an additional series - the FireBox-HT is a high temperature furnace designed for both tool room heat treating and high temperature precision casting. For use up to 2,150 degrees F, the FireBox-HT is insulated with 4 1/2" of firebrick backed up with an additional two inches of 1,200 degrees F block insulation. It can heat tool steel, carbon steel, cast iron, and other high temperature metals.
