Dynabrade's new Superfinisher achieves predictable, consistent and repeatable finishes on a variety of materials. This new tool offering, when used with a shop lathe, ensures a uniform contact force between the workpiece and roller.

Ideal for wet or dry operation, the Superfinisher is ideal for work on tungsten carbide, chilled iron, stainless steel, chrome plating, brass, copper and a variety of other materials.

Utilizing abrasive rolls 1" - 4" wide, the Superfinisher constantly advances new abrasive rolls at a speed from 1/16" to 1-1/2" per minute. No tools are needed to change the abrasive rolls. The precision air pressure regulator ensures a uniform contact force between the workpiece and the roller. Additionally, the oscillation drive features a counter balance for smooth operation.

The Superfinisher features controls that mount on the back, front or side, adding convenient versatility. Additionally, left or right hand models are available for mounting in the front or back of the lathe. Made in the U.S.A.
