Supplied in 0.6 x 0.8 x 0.22 in. VCO-24H package, CRO5700Z operates in C band from 5,690-5,719 MHz using doubler inside and featuring ultra low phase noise performance of -106 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. Design offers typical tuning sensitivity of 30 MHz/V and covers band from 0.5-4.5 V @ 5 Vdc supply while drawing 140 mA (typ) over extended operating temperature range of -40 to +85ºC. Areas of use include digital radio and satellite communications applications.

CRO5700Z is ideally suited for Digital Radios applications that require ultra low phase noise performance.
