Supplied in 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.22 in. MINI package, RoHS-compliant CRO2535A-LF operates in S band from 2,500-2,560 MHz and offers ultra low phase noise performance (typ) of -110 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. It offers linear tuning sensitivity of 30 MHz/V (typ), covers band from 0.5-4.5 V, and delivers 2nd harmonic suppression of -25 dBc. Product provides 6.5 dBm output power (typ) @ 5 Vdc supply while drawing 24 mA (typ) over extended operating temperature range of -40 to +85ºC.
SAN DIEGO, April 14, 2008: Z-Communications, Inc. is proud to announce the introduction of their new lead free, RoHS compliant, coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO2535A-LF) in S band (2500-2560 MHz) offering ultra low (typ) phase noise performance of -110dBc/Hz @10kHz offset. This unique design offers a linear tuning sensitivity of 30 MHz/V (typ) and covers the band between 0.5- 4.5 V. It has excellent (typ) 2nd harmonic suppression of -25 dBc. CRO2535A-LF is designed to deliver 6.5dBm output power (typ) at 5Vdc supply while drawing 24mA (typical) over the extended operating temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO is ideally suited for applications that excellent phase noise and 2nd harmonic suppression performance.
