V495ME01-LF Voltage Controlled Oscillator for test and measurements applications offers phase noise performance of -113 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and provides average tuning sensitivity of 10 MHz/V, covering bandwidth between 0.4-4.5 V. Operating at temperatures from -40º to +85ºC, RoHS-compliant unit has output power of 1 ± 3 dBm at dc supply voltage of 5 V while drawing 8 mA typ. It is contained in 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.16 in. package and is suited for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
