Featuring 0.2 mm/300 mm accuracy and 0.1 mm repeatability, Slipstream Series 1 operates with NEMA 23 stepper motor as well as 100 or 200 W servo-motor with encoder. Available with optional fail-safe brake, motors can be mounted on left or right side. Steel profile rails handle dynamic loads to 22.3 KN, while 50 mm wide, steel-reinforced polyurethane timing belt provides max belt strength of 1,300 N at 3,000 rpm for high duty cycle applications.

E. Longmeadow, MA - New "Slipstream" Series 1 linear stages are available from LM76, Inc.! These low cost, ready-to-run, compact linear stages feature 0.2 mm/300 mm accuracy and 0.1 mm repeatability. Available in travel lengths to 6 meters these easy to install precision stages have "T-Slots" on three sides for installation and/or accessories. The "Slipstream" linear stages are ideal for: Robotics, pick-and-place, assembly, packaging, sampling, testing and other precision positioning applications.
