The optimized combination of electronics and pneumatics ensures highly regulated dynamics with minimal response times. The compactly designed electronic pressure regulators still function precisely even with fluctuations in input pressure of up to 16 bar.
During the development of the new electronic pressure regulators, HOERBIGER Origa combined the latest generation of electronic components with advanced precision pilot control and piston-pressure valves. The air consumption could therefore be restricted to regulation processes and minimized overall. The compact design means the electronic pressure regulators offer a space-saving solution when installed in machines and systems.
Depending on the size of the model, the airfit control electronic pressure regulators can handle unusually high volume flow rates of more than 40,000 l/min. The output pressure can be regulated very precisely between 0 and 10 bar. Generously proportioned ventilation ensures fast pressure release.
The self-regulating seal between the pilot chamber and the pressure release prevents the components from sticking and thus avoids jerky valve movements, known as the "stick-slip effect". The regulators therefore operate very reliably at the lowest input pressure.
