Heating and Cooling Coils for Special Applications

DHT is a manufacturer of a full range of heat exchangers and heat transfer products for over 60 years. Worldwide engineered heat transfer solutions to ASME U and TEMA standards and codes. Diversified Heat Transfer announces specialty and custom coils with expanded capabilities.

DHT now features advances in coils that can be manufactured using various materials to meet the design application. Application requiring 1000 psi steam or 3000 F dry bulb are not uncommon. Also available for heat transfer applications are chilled and hot water coils. In addition we feature Steam Coils that have standard steam and steam distributing coils available. Coils using over 100 psi steam require 90/10 cupronickel tube.

Quality is built into every coil at DHT; tube materials consist of copper, 90/10 cupronickel, stainless steel or carbon steel. Standard diameters range from 3/8" to 1" O.D.; using 0.018" to 0.065" wall. Quality assurance is guaranteed at DHT. All coils are tested three times before leaving our facility.

In addition from Diversified Heat Transfer are industrial HVAC heating and cooling air handling coils for residential and commercial use. Plate fin, helical fin, L footed and solder bonded air coils; 3/8 to 1" o.d. tubing in stock, new and OEM replacement coils for steam and water applications. Tube bundles engineered to customer specifications with turnaround orders faster than the OEM and emergency service available. Econo Line shell and tube heat exchangers 4" to 30" steam to liquid or liquid to liquid styles. Shell & Tube horizontal & vertical designs as well as compact plate and frame exchangers for high efficency & ecomony savings. Brazed plate exchangers with a wide range of product options are available. DHT is the home of Techtanium indirect hot water heaters.
