April 8, 2008 - Available from 3-30 circuits, PowerMod® connector series features gold-plated contacts rated for 30 A continuous that may also be used in low-amperage signaling applications. Pins are available in 4 sequential mating lengths for mate-first/break-last and make-last/break-first design circuit flexibility. Offered with straight PCB, right-angle PCB, panel, or cable mountings, series incorporates UL94V-O insulators that are mechanically polarized and IR reflow-compatible.

Anderson Power Products Offers Flexible, High Density PowerMod Connector Family


Anderson Power Products® (APP), a leader in high power interconnect solutions, offers the PowerMod® connector family. Featuring high power capability in a dense package, this connector series is available from 3 to 30 circuits. The versatile, high quality, gold plated contacts are rated for 30 Amps continuous and may also be used in low amperage, signaling applications as well. Pins are available in 4 sequential mating lengths for mate-first/break-last and make-last/break-first design circuit flexibility.

PowerMod® robust UL94V-O insulators are mechanically polarized and infra-red reflow compatible, with a temperature rating of -55 ºC to 180ºC. Available as straight PCB, right angle PCB, panel or cable mountings, it is one of the most flexible connector systems on the market today, allowing for a wide variety of power interconnect design solutions. The APP PowerMod® design offers optional stainless steel positive retention latches and back shell strain relief which provide safety and security for the user. All connectors are UL and TÜV recognized and CSA certified.
