The MRO solution's Service Data Management module offers significant enhancements including a new Services Dashboard feature to help original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and service providers intelligently manage the distributed service value chain, compliance, and successful execution of Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracts.

The Teamcenter for MRO solution's Service Data Management package is tailored to the needs of organizations that support and service complex products requiring a major capital investment, such as aircraft, weapon systems, ships and power plants. In addition to the new Services Dashboard, there are also several significant enhancements in the areas of asset management and service event management.
