It entrains 40 parts room air to 1 part compressed air and at 80 psig, produces sound level of 77 dBA. With 1.75 x 1.44 in. profile, it has inlets on each end and bottom for mounting in tight spaces. Maintenance-free unit is available from 3-54 in. and is constructed of aluminum or SS withstanding up to 800°F.

EXAIR's new 54 in. Super Air Knife produces a laminar sheet of airflow to blowoff, dry or cool wide surfaces. Ideal for parts, webs and conveyors, the energy efficient design minimizes compressed air use by entraining 40 parts room air to one part compressed air. At 80 PSIG, the sound level is extremely quiet at 77dBA.
The 54 in. Super Air Knife directs the compressed air across a precise machined surface that ensures uniformity and low noise. The compact 1.75 x 1.44 in. profile along with inlets on each end and the bottom permits easy mounting in tight spaces. The Super Air Knife is maintenance free and has no moving parts to wear out. Multiple units can be mounted end to end without dead spots.
The Super Air Knife is available from stock in many lengths from 3 to 54 in. (76mm-1372mm). Construction is aluminum, suitable for most industrial applications, or stainless steel commonly used in food, pharmaceutical, and corrosive applications with temperatures up to 800°F (427°C). The 54 in. Super Air Knife prices start at $855.
