Right Angle Tactile Switch has 100,000 cycle electrical life.


March 26, 2008 - TL6190 right angle, process-sealed tactile switch features nylon housing with SS cover and silicone rubber actuator. It offers operating force of 220 ± 60 gf and dielectric strength of 500 Vdc. Contact rating is 50 mA at 12 Vdc, contact resistance is 100 mW max initial, and insulation resistance is 100 MW min at 100 V. With travel of 0.50 ± 0.20 mm, device operates at temperatures from -40 to +85°C.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - E-Switch announces the TL6190 - a new, right angle, sealed tactile switch featuring reliable dome technology and a strong tactile force. This process-sealed switch has multiple operating forces and a life expectancy of 100,000 cycles. The TL6190 has a nylon housing with a stainless steel cover and comes with a silicone rubber actuator. Specifications include:

Electrical Life - 100,000 cycles
Operating Force - 220 ± 60gf
Contact Rating - 50mA @ 12 VDC
Contact Resistance - 100 milliohms max initial
Insulation Resistance - 100 Megaohms (Min @ 100V)
Dielectric Strength - 500 VDC
Operating Temperature - minus 40C to + 85C
Travel - 0.50 +/- 0.20mm
