Equipped with 72 in. dia turntable, conveyor-less, single-station PA Series allows entire wrap sequence to be completed without forklift operator getting off truck. Operator sets pallet onto turntable platform and activates wrapping cycle from remote pendant with emergency stop feature. Upon completion of cycle, system automatically clamps, cuts, and secures film to pallet to prevent it from unraveling. PA-Series is completely portable when used with portable air compressor.
Schiller Park, IL March 13, 2008 - ARPAC, leading manufacturer of pallet stretch wrapping machinery, introduces the ARPAC PA-Series fully automatic conveyor-less single station pallet stretch wrapping system.
This pallet stretch wrapper operates in all environments and provides increased labor efficiency by allowing for the entire wrap sequence to be completed without the forklift operator getting off of the truck. The forklift operator sets the pallet onto the turntable platform and activates the wrapping cycle from a remote pendant with an emergency stop feature.
Upon completion of the cycle, the system automatically clamps, cuts and secures the film to the pallet to prevent it from unraveling. A large 72" diameter turntable, largest in the industry for this model, protects the film clamp from damage during loading and unloading. The PA-Series stretch wrapper is completely portable when used with the portable air compressor.
