The Pencil Grinder features an ergonomic, pencil-type shaft for operator comfort and control. The housing also has a comfortable "non-slip" grip. This rear exhaust tool also features tactile cues on the shaft end to alert the operator to the rotating area. The high speed, turbine-driven air tool has no wearable gears, vanes, or blades, assuring a longer tool life. Ceramic bearings provide optimum performance and reliability. The tool speed is adjustable with a simple twist of an on/off switch. The stainless steel tool housing offers stability and durability. Different collet sizes are offered; 1/8" collet, 3/32" collet, 1/16" collet and 3mm collet.
The Pencil Grinder powers optional carbide burrs and mounted points for precision deburring, engraving, etching, cleaning and more. Combining the ergonomic design with stainless steel durability, this tool is essential for use on medical implants, molds, investment castings, jewelry, auto/aerospace parts and more.
