March 12, 2008 - B-PAC(TM) MICS Series of Baghouse Diagnostic Controllers integrate IntelliPULSE(TM) Technology intelligent filter cleaning, pressure control, particulate monitoring, auxiliary sensing, and range of control functions into single system that can operate as standalone controller or networked with existing PLCs and DCS systems. Variety of configuration options are provided through company's MICS(TM) platform. Controllers meet EPA MACT, Title V, and other compliance regulations.

New Baghouse Controller

All new B-PAC(TM) MICS Series of Baghouse Diagnostic Controllers seamlessly integrate intelligent filter cleaning (IntelliPULSE(TM) Technology), pressure control, particulate monitoring, auxiliary sensing (such as fan amps, temperature, airflow) and a wide range of control functions into a single easy-to-use system that can operate as a standalone controller or networked with existing PLCs and DCS systems. Company's own MICS(TM) (Modular Instrumentation and Control System) platform provides endless configuration options for all types of baghouses and cartridge filters from low cost basic devices to full process optimization systems. Benefits include reduced maintenance costs, lower compressed air use, energy savings and maximum product recovery. B-PACs are also a superior comprehensive solution for EPA MACT, Title V and other compliance regulations.
