Inserting paperboard, chipboard, or corrugated slip sheet between layers of 8 oz plastic bottles, slip sheet inserter eliminates slippage and prevents bottles from nesting into lower layers. Machine is capable of inserting 10 sheets/min and can be incorporated into any Thiele Pak Tek caser, creating fully integrated system capable of packaging more than 400 bottles/min. It can also be used to upgrade existing caser systems.
Thiele Technologies Introduces New Slip Sheet Inserter
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - March 10, 2008 - Thiele Technologies, a leader in packaging technology and equipment, has developed a new slip sheet inserter to stabilize the top layer in cases of bottles.
Individual serving containers have long presented unique challenges to bottlers working within the dairy industry. The new Thiele machine inserts a paperboard, chipboard or corrugated slip sheet between layers of 8-ounce plastic bottles, eliminating slippage and preventing bottles from nesting into lower layers.
Because the Thiele inserter is capable of utilizing various materials for the slip sheets, bottlers are able to maximize flexibility while minimizing cost. Stable placement of bottles reduces potential waste and eases removal of bottles by the end retail or institutional supplier.
The new Thiele machine is capable of inserting 10 sheets per minute and can be incorporated into any Thiele Pak Tek caser, creating a fully integrated system capable of packaging more than 400 bottles per minute. The inserter can also be used to upgrade existing caser systems.
