Huot's new safety tool covers reduce industrial espionage of CNC tooling and manufacturing protocol. They provide an extra measure of security for propriety CNC tooling and confidential manufacturing processes. The patent pending CNC safety covers allow the operator to select the correct tooling while visitors or personnel are touring non-secured manufacturing areas. For tooling identification, covers can be written on with a dry erase marker.
Huot's hard plastic safety covers protect valuable CNC tooling from damage. The covers keep tooling safe from nicks and dings that can easily occur when retrieving or storing tooling. Priced at $11.99 each, the safety covers provide economic protection for expensive tooling and keeping trade secrets.
The covers keep staged tooling clean and ready to go for fast set-up. When reaching in to retrieve tooling, the safety covers protect workers arms from being cut to minimize time and costs from accidental injuries.
Huot's new covers are held in place with key hole slots molded in to their base and shoulder bolts installed on the ToolScoot®. A simple twist releases the cover for tooling retrieving. Another simple twist locks the cover back in place.
