Radnor® MC60 MasterCut(TM) plasma cutting torch operates at 20-60 A and features ergonomic torch handles for operator comfort. Operating at 30-120 A, MC100 is available as hand torch or straight-line machine torch. All work with ATC Receptacle Adapters and ATC Lead Extensions that comply with ATC Torch Adapter Kits for various power supplies. Range of consumables and accessories work with draft tip/cutting, standoff cutting, and gouging modes of operation.

Airgas Introduces Radnor Brand MasterCut Plasma Torches at FABTECH '07
RADNOR, PA - November 12, 2007 -- Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) today introduced a line of Radnor® brand MasterCut(TM) plasma cutting torches, which can be used universally with all modes and power supplies.
The MasterCut(TM) torches and related accessories, featuring Thermal Dynamics® patented technology, are on display at the Airgas booth (#6123) at the 2007 FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show, North America's largest annual metal forming and fabricating event, being held November 11-14, 2007 at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL.
"We introduced this new Radnor® product family to provide America's fabricators with a simplified and improved plasma cutting solution," said David Levin, Airgas vice president of hardgoods. "By using a series of Advanced Torch Connector (ATC) adapters for each specific power supply, the MasterCut(TM) torches and consumables will dramatically reduce the number of replacement torches and consumables that fabricators need to stock for their operations."
The Radnor® brand MasterCut(TM) line consists of the MC60 handheld torch for light and medium cutting as well as the MC100 available in manual and mechanized versions for medium and heavy-duty cutting. The torches and related Radnor® brand MasterCut(TM) consumables are available at more than 800 Airgas retail stores nationwide.
The MC60 operates at 20 to 60 amps and feature ergonomic torch handles for operator comfort and control. The MC100 operates at 30 to 120 amps and is available as a hand torch or a straight-line machine torch. All three options work with ATC Receptacle Adapters and ATC Lead Extensions that work with ATC Torch Adapter Kits for a wide variety of power supplies.
The consumables and accessories for the MasterCut(TM) product line include a range of electrodes, start cartridges, torch tips, shield cups and bodies, drag shield cups, deflectors and gouging shield cups designed to work with draft tip/cutting, standoff cutting and gouging modes of operation.
