SAN DIEGO, February 12, 2008: Z-Communications, Inc. is proud to announce the introduction of their new lead free, RoHS compliant, single frequency coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO2741ALF) in S band (2741MHz) offering extraordinary low phase noise performance of -115dBc/Hz @10kHz offset. Their unique design offers a linear tuning sensitivity of 9 MHz/V (typ) and covers the band between 0.5- 4.5 V. It is designed to deliver 7.5dBm output power (typ) at 5Vdc supply while drawing 19mA (typical) over the extended operating temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO is ideally suited for applications that require high output power and excellent phase noise performance.

CRO2741A-LF comes in ZCOMM's industry standard MINI package measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x0.22 in. This amazing VCO is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
