Featuring finned roller design for soft grip and gentle transport, Cushion Rollers are made of polyurethane, though other materials, including silicone for high temperature applications are offered. Units are available for stud or shaft mounting with durometers ranging from A20 through D60. Rollers are made to customer specifications, or can be reverse-engineered from supplied parts.

Cincinnati, OH -Vi-Cas Manufacturing manufactures cushion rollers for many material handling and industrial applications. The finned roller design provides a softer grip for more gentle transport. Long lasting polyurethane is commonly used, though other materials, including silicone for high temperature applications, are available to suit customer needs. Durometers from A20 through D60 are available for stud or shaft mounting.
In addition to cushion rollers, solid, finned, or drive roller designs are also available. New rollers are made to customer specifications, or can be reverse-engineered from supplied parts. Quick turnaround is provided on all orders. Vi-Cas also offers a roller reconditioning service - which can yield dramatic savings over new parts.
In addition to rollers, Vi-Cas has been manufacturing vacuum cups in various shapes, sizes and materials sine 1970. They provide short or long manufacturing runs, with short turnaround times.
