Introducing e-Chain From Richards-Wilcox Extreme Performance Conveyor Chain
Aurora, IL ---- e-Chain is a new high performance conveyor chain introduced by Richards-Wilcox. Suitable for new conveyor systems or replacement chain applications, e-Chain features a unique patent-pending caged bearing design. This design creates less drag for smoother operation and yields exceptionally long chain life for lower costs, fewer repairs, and less down time for your operation. Accelerated life tests show that e-Chain can last 40% - 19% longer than some aftermarket competitive chains.* e-Chain is also quieter than conventional chain. Caged bearings reduce noise for a more ergonomic system.

*Richards-Wilcox tested a sample overhead conveyor system using a 600 lb rated draw pull with a 75 lb capacity per load point with a 6" pitch. Three conveyor chains were tested until a maximum chain stretch of V4" per foot was reached. Competitor 1 Chain failed at 60% and Competitor 2 failed at 81% of the total run the Richards-Wilcox a-Chain achieved.
