CNC Collet Chucks with Bolt & Go(TM) Mounting Feature Introduced by Royal Products

Royal Products has introduced the exclusive Bolt & Go(TM) mounting feature for their line of Low Profile Accu-Length(TM) CNC Collet Chucks.

The Royal Bolt & Go(TM) mounting feature is defined by a full contact taper / face connection between the chuck body and back plate. This system offers superior rigidity and faster installation compared to the common alternative in which a cylindrical pilot fits loosely into an oversized bore. Collet chucks featuring the Royal Bolt & Go(TM) system take just minutes to install, and are guaranteed accurate within 0.0003" TIR when bolted to a lathe spindle nose. Other chucks featuring the pilot / oversized bore arrangement require the installer to perform the time-consuming task of using jackscrews to stir out the runout.

The perfect, full contact fit of the Royal Bolt & Go(TM) interface offers superior rigidity compared to the three or four contact points of the jackscrews found on the other systems.

Royal Low-Profile Accu-Length(TM) CNC Collet Chucks are available in all common spindle nose configurations and cover a wide variety of collet styles ranging from 5C (1.06" capacity) to S-40 (4" capacity). Royal Products maintains a large inventory of CNC collet chucks to ensure immediate delivery, and each chuck comes complete with a custom-machined drawtube connector and all mounting hardware for hassle-free installation.
