January 31, 2008 -
Suited for use with liquids, slurries, interface, and bulk solids, Sitrans LG200 series is comprised of 15 models that measure materials with dielectric range of 1.4 and higher, temperatures to 800°F, and pressures to 6,250 psig. Each 2-wire, loop-powered HARTŪ level transmitter is available with Intrinsically Safe, Explosion Proof, or Non-Incendive approvals as well as range of threaded and flange process connections. Models includes coaxial, single- and twin-rod, and cable probes.
New Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitters from Siemens
ATLANTA, Jan. 23, 2007 - Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. today introduced Sitrans LG200, a new line of guided wave radar level transmitters for liquids, slurries, interface, and bulk solids. Sitrans LG200 is a two-wire, loop-powered HARTŪ level transmitter that can measure materials with a dielectric range of 1.4 and higher, temperatures up to 427 degrees Celsius (800 degrees Fahrenheit), and pressures up to 6250 psig (431 bar).
The Sitrans LG200 product line offers reliable level and interface measurement in liquids with corrosive vapors, foam, steam, high viscosity, surface agitation, high fill/empty rates, low level, and varying dielectric or density. The line of 15 models includes coaxial, single and twin rod, and cable probes. All models are available with Intrinsically Safe, Explosion Proof, or Non-Incendive approvals.
With its compact design and range of threaded and flange process connections, Sitrans LG200 is easy to install.
