February 5, 2008 - Connectors combine proprietary PushPull technology and Han® 3 A housings with fiber- and copper-based inserts. Integration of standard LC fiber optic connectors, in singlemode and multimode, suits harsh environments. Featuring integral vibration protection, IP67/IP65 products are hybrid options that combine data (LC fiber or RJ45) and power in one connector for applications such as FTTA (Fiber To The Antenna), FTTH (Fiber To The Home), or WiMAX.

HARTING Outdoor Solutions for Harsh Environments

HARTING's new range of products for outdoor solutions combines the advantages of the existing HARTING PushPull technology and Han® 3 A housings, with innovative fibre and copper based inserts

This integration of the standard LC fibre optic connectors, in singlemode and multimode, are ideally suited for the demands of harsh environments. The hybrid options combine data (LC fibre or RJ 45) and power in one connector for improved maintenance and installation.

All of these high quality, robust HARTING interfaces offer vibration protection and IP 67/65 as standard. This product range is accomplished by power solutions and complementary data connectors for IP 20 environment. All these features make them the ideal choice for applications like FTTA (Fibre To The Antenna), FTTH (Fibre To The Home) or WiMAX, where reliable outdoor connectivity is needed.
