Terminal Strips incorporate snap-in strain reliefs.

February 6, 2008 - Molded from PA6 to UL94V2, 3-pole CSRTB terminal strips with integral strain relief are available in 3 sizes rated for 6, 10 and 16 A loads and snap-fit to panel for fast deployment. Protecting wires from twisting, fraying, or pull-out due to stresses and strains when mounted, strain relief slides over integral posts to secure cables, and are releasable should rewiring, maintenance, or adjustment be required.

Camden Electronics Launches New Terminal Strips with Snap-in Strain Reliefs

Camden Electronics has launched a new range of terminal strips that features snap-in strain reliefs to protect wires from twisting, fraying or pull-out due to stresses and strains when mounted.

The new CSRTB series is ideal for ensuring that wires are protected from strain in many applications. The three-pole terminal strips are available in three sizes rated for 6, 10 and 16A loads and simply snap-fit to a panel for fast deployment. The strain relief is equally simple to apply, just sliding over the integral posts to secure the cables. Reliefs are also releaseable should rewiring, maintenance or adjustment be required.

Moulded from PA6 to UL94V2, the new CSRTB terminal strips with integral strain relief also feature wire protectors and provide a convenient and easy-to-use solution for many wiring applications where integrity of connection and reliability are required.

Camden Electronics Ltd., based at St. Albans, Hertfordshire, UK, provides innovative product solutions encompassing PCB terminal blocks, DIN rail enclosures, interface modules, valve regulated lead acid batteries, fuses & fuseholders, LEDs, miniature switches, IC & PLCC sockets and relay bases for the electronics, telecommunications, lighting and electrical industries.

The company is BS EN ISO 9001:2000 accredited with many products holding international approvals including VDE, UL, CSA, SEMKO, NEMKO, DEMKO, IMQ etc. Camden holds 25% of the UK market for its PCB connector products and exports more than 30% of its production to Europe, the Far East and the USA. Privately owned and entirely self financed, Camden is able to offer competitive pricing and keep a single minded focus on customer service. Advanced management systems such as KanBan ensure high stock availability especially for planned call offs.
