Jungheinrich Introduces Versatile New HC 110b Power Lift Stackers
RICHMOND, VA -- The HC 110b Power Lift Stacker from Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp. is a manually-propelled electric lift that's ideal for occasional light-duty stacking operations and for the loading and unloading of trailers from ground height. With its stable and reliable operation, the HC 110b is an excellent choice for warehouses and small manufacturing or assembly shops, plus it is a great cost-effective alternative to similar trucks fitted with a drive motor.
Add the optional steel platform to turn this electric lift into a work table - just raise or lower the platform to the correct ergonomic working height to increase efficiency and prevent injuries associated with manual lifting.
Further protection against injury is provided by built-in toe guards on the steering casters. Additionally, the truck's large diameter nylon steer casters (7.1 x 2.0 inches) enable effortless pushing or pulling during transport, while the mechanical parking brake is easily engaged for secure parking.
The stacker's powerful 1.6 kW AC lift motor easily handles up to 2,200 pounds of capacity. Load lift heights range from 63 to 137 inches, accomplished with four available lift heights: 63, 98, 118 and 137 inches. The truck's adjustable forks are fitted as standard and can be precisely positioned to the correct lift height by the electro-hydraulic lift controls. In addition, the fully adjustable straddle legs increase the versatility of the lift, allowing for a wide variety of load sizes.
The new stacker features an integrated charger which can be connected to any 110/120V outlet to charge the unit's single 12V, 105 Ah battery. This wet cell, deep-cycle battery provides ample power to repetitively raise and lower the fork carriage over the course of an average, 8-hour work day.
Intelligently-designed and positioned operator controls include an ergonomic control handle, a prominently-displayed emergency disconnect switch and easily accessible lift/lower buttons that facilitate precise fork positioning. The operator display also includes an LED-type battery discharge indicator that accurately measures the truck's available battery life.
