Equipped with 4-digit counter for accurately determining output frequency, model 4040DDS provides 0.1 Hz to 20 MHz sine/square waveforms and 0.1 Hz to 2 MHz triangle waveforms. Adjustable features include dc offset (±4.5 V), coarse and fine tuning controls for output frequency, and linear or logarithmic sweep with variable sweep rate and adjustable sweep time.
