Important Additions to HASCO's Range of Mould Slide Elements - Ready for New Applications

HASCO's new mould slide elements, which are available in the modular system, will be of particular interest to mould designers and mould makers offering more variable mould slide solutions, enabling costs to be calculated more accurately, and simplifying the design solution. With a compact mounting arrangement, the new units offer controlled slide functions directly from the mould movement without any excessive constructional modifications.

The range consists of basic T-slot guided slide elements which can be interchanged at the head should the contour need to be adjusted or modified. Small stroke applications can be achieved with very small mould slide units using an integral locking / slide actuating heel.

With the various models of HASCO's mould slide modular system Z1800, demoulding functions in all different positions and angles can be performed around the article.

All the elements of this program have been based on the same fundamental idea and have been successfully turned into a practicable solution.
With their high precision, the same parts can interchanged or replaced, with the option of a different material.

There is no longer any need for costly routine work. Reduced warehousing, greater speed and lower production costs through the use of standardised components exert a very positive influence. In addition to the technical benefits in mould design, there are many purely economic arguments for the client:

- Shortening of the mould production times in mould manufacture
- Simple assembly from the parting surface
- Simplified servicing and maintenance in production.

Specific types of application and mounting instructions can be obtained from the HASCO technical support team.
