Consisting of tamper-evident, clear plastic labels, Electronic Article Surveillance Straps wrap around and stick onto price tags, and have holes to accept pin of Sensormatic® tag so that both can be attached to clothing. Because straps join price tag to hard ink tag, they assure price tags cannot be switched without evidence of tampering. Supplied on rolls, straps measure ½ x 2 ¼ in. when folded over.

New retail EAS (electronic article surveillance) straps that join cardstock price tags to Sensormatic® hard ink tags and prevent price tag switching by customers are being introduced by RNR Plastics, Inc. of Raynham, MA.
RNR's EAS Security Straps are tamper-evident, durable, clear plastic labels that wrap around and stick onto price tags, displaying the price, and have holes to accept the pin of a Sensormatic® tag so that both can be attached to clothing. Because these straps join the price tag to the hard ink tag, they assure price tags cannot be switched without evidence of tampering.
Supplied on rolls, RNR's EAS Security Straps measure 1/2"W x 2-1/4"L when folded over and attach easily to a price tag and clothing along with the Sensormatic® hard ink tag. By preventing customers from switching price tags, these straps eliminate shrinkage and time-consuming price checks.
RNR's EAS Security Straps are priced from $19.00 to $29.00 per 1,000, depending upon quantity; supplied 6,000 per roll, two per case, with one case minimum. Free samples and custom sizes are available upon request.
