January 21, 2008 - Supplied in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, model CVCO55CC-3175-3375 has control voltage range of 0.1-16 V and exhibits typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 3.00 MHz and 0.50 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc Typ. Offering input voltage of 8.0 V, with max current consumption of 35 mA, VOC suits applications such as digital radio equipment, satellite communications systems, and base stations.

Fort Myers, FL - January 11, 2008 - Crystek's CVCO55CC-3175-3375 VCO operates from 3175 MHz to 3375 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1V~16V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity.
