Transmission Devices support up to 16 CCTV cameras.

January 8, 2008 - Featuring built-in ac power supply, Vi1508VPD 8-channel and Vi1516VPD 16-channel Video-Power-Data combiners receive video from each camera and provide power and PTZ data over single Cat5 cable. Each channel provides isolated 24 or 28 V at 1 A for up to total of 16 A. Units are 1U rack-mounted and follow EIA/TIA 568B structured building wiring standard, suited for structured wiring CCTV.

New UTP Video-Power-Data Transmission Devices

Vigitron introduces the Vi1508VPD & Vi1516VPD the 8 Channel and 16 Channel Video-Power-Data combiners with built-in AC power supply. Each channel provides an isolated 24V or 28V at 1 Amp for up to total 16 Amps, the highest density in the market.

They receive video from each camera and provide power and PTZ data over a single Cat5 cable. These units are 1U rack-mounted supporting up to 16 cameras. They follow EIA/TIA 568B structured building wiring standard ideal for structured wiring CCTV.

Vigitron, Inc. specializes in design and manufacturing of twisted pair video transmission devices. These products transmit video up to 6000 feet on category 2-7 unshielded twisted pair wires. They are a cost-effective alternative to coax cables and fiber optics for CCTV applications.
