Manufactured from aluminum (AW EN 7075), EASY couplings feature universal constructive elements that are independent of shaft size. These backlash-free, simplified shaft clamp couplings offer adjustable bores that enable stocks to be modified for application requirements. With max speed of 5,000 rpm, products come in 3 sizes from 19.10-31.80 mm OD with bores from 4-14 mm.
Rino Industries Ltd has recently launched a range of simplified shaft clamp couplings into their newly launched mechanical drive components catalogue.
These backlash free, simplified shaft clamp design couplings are so-called the "EASY" coupling, due to their universal constructive elements which are independent of shaft size. The bores can be adjusted easily making sure stocks can be modified quickly for customer's requirements. There are just three sizes available at present, with others being available as specials to customer's requirements where necessary.
