Available in prototype to production quantities, Stafford Special Shaft Collars are custom-engineered from variety of available metals and plastics and can feature tolerances to 0.0005 in. if required. Products are offered in 1/8-16 in. IDs with hex, square, metric, radiused, keyed, and threaded bores. Available with 1- or 2-piece clamp types and set-screws, collars incorporate snap- and O-ring grooves, magnetic inserts and hinges, drilled and tapped face holes, and milled ODs.

Stafford Special Shaft Collars are custom engineered to match specific requirements with regard to configuration and materials of construction. Featuring tolerances to 0.0005" if required, they can be machined from aluminum, steel, stainless steels, medical- and high strength alloys, monel, inconel, Hastelloy®, titanium, bronze, brass, Teflon®, and other plastics.
