Kingpinless Casters have nylon wheels and zinc plating.

December 12, 2007 - Available in swivel and rigid models, K Series features kingpinless top plate design and corrosion-resistant zinc plating. Steel frame promotes impact resistance as well as turning and tracking capabilities. Designed for medium-duty towing, casters support up to 1,760 lb for 6 in. dia wheel and 2,200 lb for 8 in. dia wheel. Swivel head has full ballrace of 2 3/8 in. dia, with steel ball bearings in hardened raceways. Hand-operated wheel lock or 2-way directional lock are available.

Revvo Introduces New K Series Kingpinless Casters with Nylon Wheels and Zinc Plating

(DECEMBER 2007) - The Revvo Caster Company, Inc., West Seneca, New York announces the introduction of its new K Series casters with nylon wheels. Available in swivel and rigid (fixed) models, the new K Series casters are now zinc-plated for added corrosion resistance and feature a kingpinless top plate design plus a fabricated steel frame that provides improved turning, greater impact resistance and better tracking, Revvo states. Designed for medium-duty towing, the new K Series casters have load capacities of 1,760 lbs. for the 6-inch diameter wheel, and 2,200 lbs. for the 8-inch diameter wheel. The nylon wheel features a crowned head for ease of movement, is virtually non-marking, and is resistant to oils, fats, alkalis, soaps, and detergents. It requires minimum lubrication, has a temperature range of -4°F to 176°F and durometer of 80° - 85° Shore D, according to the company.

Revvo states that the new K Series caster has a kingpinless swivel head featuring a full ballrace of 2-3/8" diameter with steel ball bearings in hardened raceways. Swivel casters are also available with an optional hand-operated wheel lock or a two-way directional lock that converts a swivel caster into a fixed caster for straight-line travel.
