Offered in ½, ¾, 1, 1¼, 1½, and 2 in. sizes, RIDGID® ProPress® Rings feature 180° rotation, allowing access in confined spaces or when working near ceilings or floors. Rings utilize swivel actuators, permitting tool to connect to ring at almost any angle and ensuring reliable connection with every press. ProPress Rings are also available in XL models for pressing bronze fittings, and XL-C models for copper fittings, both with 2½-4 in. capacity.
ELYRIA, OHIO - November 2007 - RIDGID® is extending its pressing line of products with the new RIDGID® ProPress® Rings, allowing users to press connections in less accessible areas than with other existing jaw sets. ProPress Rings are available in six sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2".
The RIDGID ProPress Rings have a swivel design with 180-degree rotation, allowing improved access in confined spaces or when working near ceilings or floors. Lightweight ProPress Rings utilize patented swivel actuators, permitting the tool to connect to the ring at almost any angle. The system ensures a reliable connection with every press.
RIDGID ProPress Ring Kits for 1/2" to 2" tubing add more sizes to the RIDGID ProPress Ring line. Also available are ProPress XL Rings for pressing bronze fittings, and XL-C Rings for pressing copper fittings, both of which have a 2-1/2" to 4" capacity.
The new RIDGID ProPress Rings are compatible with existing RIDGID press tools.
