BioElectronics Corporation Introduces Its New Heel Pain Product

FREDERICK, Md., Nov. 15 / -- BioElectronics Corporation, (Pink Sheets: BIEL), announced today that it has specially designed a new ActiPatch and slipper to accommodate comfortable extended wear on the foot.

The slipper and the new patch are designed with a side pouch to affix the electronics above the ankle for extended comfortable wear. Providing for extended daytime wear improves the effectiveness of the therapy. The previous product could not be used in a weight bearing fashion.

"We believe that this new heel pain product will dramatically improve the healing time and simplify use of the product for the patient," said Andrew Whelan, President of BioElectronics.

ActiPatch(TM) is a drug-free anti-inflammatory patch with an embedded battery operated microchip that delivers weeks of continuous pulsed therapy for less than a dollar a day. The unique ActiPatch delivery system, using patented technology, provides a cost-effective, patient friendly method to reduce soft tissue pain and swelling.
