Model A0P-83N-0 Phase Invariant PIN Diode Attenuator is capable of 45 dB dynamic range with monotonic 0.18 dB steps. It features attenuation flatness of ±2.25 dB, delta phase vs. attenuation of 15° max, VSWR of 1.6:1, and insertion loss of 5 dB. Digitally controlled via 8 bits of TTL compatible binary logic, device has switching speed of less than 350 nsec. Unit can handle +15 dBm CW or 1.0 W max in 2.0 x 3.0 x 0.75 in. package.
