New High Temperature Differential Accelerometer

Dytran Instruments, Inc. of Chatsworth, CA has developed a new high temperature differential accelerometer. The 3085C can operate at temperatures up to +600°F and is ideal for turbine engine vibration measurements, as well as other high temperature applications. This 10pC/g charge mode accelerometer features a favorable 3-bolt pattern mounting flange and a 2-pin electrical connector.

Other important features that make this sensor ideal for applications where the temperature is high and the conditions are harsh include a hermetic seal and a housing made of Inconel 600. The 3085C is now available and is priced at $710.
