Used for curing inks, adhesives, and coatings, Ultra Light Advanced Ultraviolet Curing System provides 400 W/in. of UV power and is controlled by touch screen panel. It accepts iron additive lamps, along with standard mercury vapor lamps, and utilizes method for uniformly cooling lamp and lamp reflector housing. Safety devices include non-conductive and grounded cables to irradiator as well as built-in main power disconnect and internal temperature sensors.

The unit provides 400 watts per inch of UV power and is controlled by a touch screen panel. The unit is capable of running iron additive lamps along with standard mercury vapor lamps.
The company has engineered a method of uniformly cooling the lamp and lamp reflector housing. A method of utilizing light energy that normally turns to heat in the area above the UV lamp is incorporated to provide an additional 20% of UV energy.
