Series 5000 Falk(TM) QuadriveŽ shaft-mounted drives handle all types of bulk material and are protected by ductile iron, or fabricated steel housings. Rexnord Industries, LLC Introduces New Falk Quadrive 5000 Series Shaft-Mounted Drive
Milwaukee, WI - Rexnord is pleased to offer the Falk(TM) QuadriveŽ 5000 series shaft-mounted drive. Shaft-mounted drives eliminate foundations and alignment providing grain handling, cement and aggregate, and all types of bulk material handling users with a low installed cost. In addition, the 5000 series enhancement provides increased ratings allowing for smaller drive selection. All of which leads to huge savings. Whatever the application, Falk Quadrive drives offer a shaft-mounted solution. There are eleven sizes, with 25-160 mm (1-6.5 in.) bushing bores available with power ratings up to 224 kw (300 hp), 40675NM (360,000 lb-in.) output.
Carburized and ground gearing, high temperature Viton seals, taper roller bearings, and a rugged ductile iron or fabricated steel housing design are all standard on the 5000 series Quadrive shaft-mounted drive.
The heavy duty, 5000 series Falk Quadrive shaft-mounted drive features the Falk(TM) TA TaperŽ bushing, an industry leading torque assist bushing design that makes it the easiest and quickest shaft-mounted drive to install and remove.
