MILACRON's CIMTECH® 310 Synthetic, Metalworking Fluids Meet the Strict Requirements of Aerospace Manufacturing

Cincinnati Ohio, September 2007 - CIMCOOL, a long time industry leader in metalworking fluid technology created CIMTECH® 310 Fluids - a unique line of products tailored to meet the needs of the aerospace industry.

CIMTECH® 310 is a low pH synthetic fluid designed to meet the stringent requirements of the aerospace industry. Passing all bi-metallic and aluminum (7075) "sandwich" corrosion testes, this unique fluid is the standard metalworking fluid for many aerospace manufacturers.

CIMTECH® 310 is recommended for machining and grinding operations, including creep feed grinding, on non-ferrous our ferrous metals. Designed for moderate to heavy-duty operations, CIMTECH® 310 is low-foaming which makes it ideal for a variety of applications. CIMTECH® 310 provides excellent rancidity control, extending the life of the fluid and minimizing the need for additives. This product offers unmatched lubricity providing long tool life and outstanding surface finish. CIMTECH® 310 is transparent offering the machine operator uninhibited part visibility. In addition, CIMTECH® 310 is non-irritating to the skin.

As with all CIMCOOL products, the new CIMTECH® 310 technology is backed by the CIMCOOL "No-hassle" performance guarantee and free trial assurance.
