Spartanics Introduces Laser-Smart(TM) Control System

(www.spartanics.com) Spartanics announces the introduction of the Spartanics Laser-Smart Control System, an integrated system for laser cutting control that relies on smart sensing mechanisms. The Spartanics Laser-Smart Control System allows single operators to manage all laser cutting related operations simultaneously.

Features of the Laser-Smart Control System include-
o Software that constantly monitors registration, web control, laser power, laminating, and slitting;
o Smart sensing and continuous monitoring of machine and material status, including preset operator alarms and automatic shut-offs when needed;
o Real-time display of production run status;
o Programming of run length and system to automatically shut-off at completion of run.

Spartanics Laser-Smart Control System is offered in both the Spartanics Finecut Laser Cutting System and the Spartanics Finecut-PLUS Laser Cutting System.

The Spartanics Finecut Laser Cutting System provides unsurpassed registration precision and versatile handling of a wide range of substrates without the burn-throughs, pinholes and other defects created by systems with less capable laser control software. Kiss cuts, through cuts, engraving, serial numbering, scoring, scroll slitting, and perforating are readily handled by the Spartanics Finecut in a wide range of substrates including abrasives, polycarbonates, vinyls, adhesives, thin flimsy materials, among others. (Technical literature can be downloaded from http://www.spartanics.com/display/products/products_detail.cgi?id_num=38&group_id=5&styleid=2 )
