Applied by roller, MORTARTHANE(TM) SL is self-leveling, durable floor topping that withstands repeated exposure to hot oil or steam without pitting or cracking. It is packaged in premeasured components in 5 gal unit covering 32 sq ft at 3/16 in. deep. MORTARTHANE(TM) HF is trowel-applied and packaged in 5 gal units covering 18 sq ft at ¼ in. deep. Both thermal shock-resistant resurfacers meet USDA, FDA, and OSHA standards.

requirement for frequent high temperature washing or steam cleaning.
MORTARTHANE(TM) SL is self-leveling, easily applied by roller and provides an extremely
tough, durable, floor topping. Repeated exposure to hot oil or steam does not cause pitting or
cracking which makes this coating ideal for extreme heat/chemical environments. Typical
applications include: food and chemical processing areas, bakeries, warehouses, cook/chill
areas and sanitize/wash areas. Also areas subject to constant risk of point impact damage,
areas requiring slip resistance even when wet and where the risk of constant chemical attack is
present. MORTARTHANE(TM) SL is packaged in premeasured components in a 5-gallon unit for
easy application. One 5-gallon unit covers 32 sq. ft. at 3/16" deep.
MORTARTHANE(TM) HF is trowel-applied with superior chemical resistance designed for
the most abusive environments to withstand aggressive chemical and thermal attack while
providing abrasion resistance. Typical applications include: food and chemical processing
areas, bakeries, warehouses, cook/chill areas and sanitize/wash areas. MORTARTHANE(TM) HF
is packaged in premeasured components in a 5-gallon unit for easy application. One 5-gallon
unit covers 18 sq. ft. at ¼" deep. Both resurfacers meet USDA, FDA and OSHA standards.
