Graco Supply Systems are available with single- and double-post rams that transfer sealants and adhesives from 5-55 gal containers and drums. Designed to supply medium- to high-viscosity materials to manual or automatic dispense valves, systems feature integrated air controls as well as DataTrak(TM) intelligent electronic monitoring system, which tracks and displays material usage as well as volumetric flow. MINNEAPOLIS - Sept. 18, 2007 - Graco has redesigned its line of Sealant and Adhesive Supply Systems with new technologies and features that minimize maintenance and streamline normal everyday operations.
Graco Supply Systems feature full line of single and double post rams that easily transfer sealants and adhesives from 5- to 55-gallon containers and drums. Designed to supply medium- to high-viscosity materials to manual or automatic dispense valves, the systems feature easy-to-use integrated air controls, as well as Graco's new DataTrak(TM) control, a first-of-it's-kind "intelligent" electronic monitoring system that tracks and displays material usage and volumetric flow. DataTrak also provides pump diagnostics and monitors the amount of material remaining in the drum, and automatically shuts the pump off when material runs out.
Graco Supply Systems feature the new NXT(TM) Air Motor, Graco's next generation of air motors, built for durability and long life. Graco's Check-Mate® pumps feature a quick-disconnect coupler for easy maintenance, cartridge throat packings for easy servicing, and optional MaxLife® coatings on rods and cylinders to double pump life over the standard offering. The platen design minimizes leftover material and reduces waste. The one-piece platen seals last longer than ever before and can be replaced in a matter of seconds.
