Freestyle Keyboard consists of angled keyboard with attached pivot tether, enabling infinite adjustments of front opening (splay) in order to conform to user's most comfortable typing position. Pivot tether can be removed to separate keyboard modules up to 6 in., and optional extension is available to separate keyboard up to 20 in. Driverless hot keys replace mouse-intensive actions, and low-profile design promotes neutral wrist position.

The Freestyle Keyboard takes the angled-keyboard to the next level by attaching a Pivot Tether, enabling almost infinite adjustments of the front opening (splay). Users can easily adjust the split keyboard to their most comfortable typing position. Additionally, the pivot tether can be removed to separate the two keyboard modules up to six inches-accommodating users with the widest shoulders. An optional extension is available to separate the keyboard up to 20 inches.
"By adding the Freestyle Keyboard to the AliMed line, we have added the first mainstream ergonomic keyboard to offer interchangeable configurations to accommodate all users' typing comfort needs," according to Jon Bretz, AliMed's Executive Vice President.
The keyboard includes driverless hot keys to replace mouse-intensive actions. And the lowprofile design promotes a neutral wrist position while the narrow footprint brings the mouse closer to the body, leading to lower hand/wrist stress, sustained comfort and productivity.
Optional accessories include an Incline Kit (#72151) for moderate tenting with a fixed 10-degree tilt or the VIP Kit (#72152) offering quick and reproducible tent settings of 10 and 15 degrees.
