Us Door & Building Components Announces Self-Storage Industry's New "Roll Model"

Roll-up Doors that Install in Less than Five Minutes

Orlando, Florida-- September 6, 2007 - Introducing the new Model 502 by US Door & Building Components, the only roll-up door specifically designed for maintenance-free operation and an installation time of less than five minutes, the Model 502 stands out as the "roll model" of the industry.

"We have been very pleased with the Model 502", said Cletus Frank of K.C. Steel Systems. "The overall quality and workmanship combined with no-maintenance helps us stand apart from other metal building suppliers."

For wind load applications, US Door & Building Components has engineered the only line of self-storage doors in the industry with wind load ratings of up to 120mph without the need to incorporate additional wind locks. For applications requiring wind load ratings of 140mph, their design utilizes Ultra High Molecular (UHM) nylon wind locks for ease of use and quieter operation than doors designed with steel wind locks.

Additional features of the Model 502 include a 20 year warranty against chalking and fading on the paint finish, a 9 ½" fully enclosed barrel assembly making it ideal for low headroom applications and a universal guide system suitable for any jamb type. Doors are available in sizes up to 10' wide by 10' high and in 22 different colors.

"We are excited to once again show our leadership in the industry" said Chip Cordes, Vice President of US Door & Building Components. "Our commitment to maintaining our global leadership is evident in our continuing product enhancements and designs."
The Model 502 is available for immediate shipment from locations in Orlando, FL and Mesa, AZ. For additional information or price quotes, call 1-877-USDOOR1 or 407-859-6770.
