Installed as part of new swing arm sampler or retrofitted into existing one, Correct Cut(TM) System provides complete belt support profile for optimizing sampling quality, operating efficiency, and belt protection. It consists of Combi-Pact® Impact Saddle, which supports belt directly under swing arm cutter, and radius contour Cushion Arc® Idler on each side. System forms and supports belt in optimum position for complete sample collection and spillage reduction.

Richwood's new Correct Cut(TM) Belt Support System can be incorporated into any swing arm sampler application. Whether installed as part of a new sampler or retrofit into your existing sampler, the Correct Cut System provides the perfect belt support profile for optimum sampling quality, cleaner operating efficiency and maximum belt protection.
The Correct Cut System consists of three components. A specially designed Combi-Pact® Impact Saddle supports the belt directly under the swing arm cutter with Richwood's unique radius contour Cushion Arc® Idler on each side. The system forms and supports the belt in optimum position for complete sample collection. Material spillage is contained especially helpful in high-speed operating applications.
